My diet while tramping it up in Amsterdam has certainly been varied but i am not very good at looking after myself at the best of times. while “on the road” it gets even worse.

Yesterday for example, I consumed a lovely product which was milk, orange and cinnamon. A very odd combination! This was after my peanuts and bread.

Seem to go days without eating as well, perhaps I will adopt a new years resolution – something to do with looking after myself…. nah.

I am living the dream!

Poliż mnie – I’m Polish, some song by Maria Peszek apparently. Doesnt mean much to me either, but I had a crash course in Polish last night (drinking lesson) from my friend Kasia. Have to do something to kill the time in Amsterdam! My foot is still broken and I have more then 24 hours until my bus!

Poliż mnie means LICK ME apparently, I was lucky enough to meet a Polish bar maid so I tried it out. Poliż mnie – I’m English, she was strangely impressed and agreed “once she finished her shift”

Happy new year…. in Amsterdam. I saw the new year in Amsterdam style with too much beer and a lot of fireworks. I had to wake up early and treck to a random couch surfers house where I plan to exist for my remaining few days. It is a little insane here, there were about 20 people staying in this flat last night.

We went to a “couch surfers meeting” last night, my main highlight being a crazy German guy with a broken arm saying “welcome to the 21st century” I cant explain why, but it was the funniest thing I have ever heard… perhaps you had to be there.

Shouldn’t be quite as hectic here for the next few days so I might even get some sleep in.
